🎉📚 Congratulations to our incredible librarian, Amy Hall! 📚🎉 We are beyond proud to share that Amy has been selected as an Honoree for the Honors in Education Gala, hosted by the Deseret News and First Lady Cox’s Show Up For Teachers initiative! Out of nominees across the state, Amy was recognized by a highly selective judges panel for representing the very best Utah has to offer. Her astronomical impact on our students, staff, and community is felt daily—and now, it’s being celebrated statewide! 💫 Tonight, Amy will also be recognized at the Weber School District Board Meeting for her outstanding contributions to education. Please note: Some changes may still occur due to class size balancing and other adjustments.

👥 **Need a schedule change after Aug. 12?**
Counselors will be available to help — but remember, there’s a **\$10 schedule change fee**.

BACK TO SCHOOL NIGHT:
On Thursday August 14th will host our annual Back-to-School Night from 3:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m..
3-4 pm - 7th Grade
4-6 pm- 8th and 9th grade
Parents and students are encouraged to come to the school to meet their teachers and participate in festivities.
During Back-to-School Night, our amazing Counseling will be holding a 7TH GRADE ORIENTATION from 3:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. in the cafeteria.

Roy Junior High Summer School Update! What a fantastic first week of summer school at Roy Junior High! We're so proud of all our students putting in the hard work and making incredible progress on earning those credits. It's inspiring to see so many of you dedicated to your studies and getting ahead! A huge shout-out to our 7th graders in the Summer Math Boot Camp! It's been a massive success, and we're thrilled to see so many students strengthening their math skills and building confidence for the upcoming school year. Keep up the amazing work! Let's finish summer school strong, Roy Junior High!

Volleyball Summer Open Gym For boys and girls attending Roy Jr next year. Admission is free. Dates in June and July from 9-11 am. Come learn new skills and have fun!
