  • Clothing not ordinarily worn in the workplace (i.e. robes, pajamas, pajama pants, house slippers, capes, extremely mutilated clothing etc.) will not be allowed.
  • Shoes must be worn at all times.  More restrictive shoe requirements may be
  • required for safety reasons in some classes.
  • Shorts, skirts and dresses must be mid-thigh length or longer.
  • Clothing cannot present a distraction or disruption to the educational process.
  • Shirts, tops and dresses must have cap sleeves.
  • No low-cut fronts, bare backs or bare midriffs.
  • Underwear must not be exposed or visible.
  • Those items advertising/displaying a controlled and/or illegal substance such as alcohol, tobacco, drugs, etc.;  items displaying inappropriate or suggestive language, pictures and/or designs; items that may be regarded as gang related, including badges, signs, lettering or symbols (i.e. belt buckles, bandanas, certain numbers, etc.); and jewelry and/or accessories which could pose a potential risk of injury to the wearer or others, or which may be considered to be disruptive to the educational process  (i.e. spiked  jewelry, chains, etc.) will not be allowed.
